Summary: This release brings powerful improvements to our CKYC workflows and user analytics. Key highlights include full parity between Decentro-managed and self-hosted CKYC Upload solutions, along with the launch of Sankey charts to visualize DigiLocker sub-flow drop-offs directly within the Customer Dashboard.
Release Highlights
CKYC Enhancements
- Managed CKYC Upload Parity: The Decentro-managed CKYC Upload solution now supports all features previously exclusive to the self-hosted version.
- Smart Field Redaction: Automatically removes the last 4 digits of Aadhaar, date of birth, gender, and name in the edit pipeline to minimize deduplication issues with CERSAI.
- Permanent Address Option: Introduced optional
permanent_locationfield to allow the capture of a permanent address alongside a correspondence address. - CKYC Download Limits: The System now gracefully handles “CKYC Download limit reached” scenarios with clear error messaging.
Analytics & Dashboard
- Sankey Chart Visualization: A new Sankey chart has been added to UIStreams in the Customer Dashboard. It visualizes user funnel analytics for the following sub-flows:
- DigiLocker
- DigiLocker Aadhaar PAN
- DigiLocker Aadhaar only
This enables teams to understand user behavior better and optimize conversion rates at every stage.
