UIStream: Name Mismatch Flow

We have introduced an enhancement to the UIStream (DIGILOCKER_AADHAAR_PAN) workflow that prompts users to upload their PAN document whenever a name mismatch is detected while pulling the PAN document. This applies when enable_name_match: true is configured.

Key Changes

  • Users are required to upload a PAN document in supported formats (.png, .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf) if a mismatch occurs.
  • Callback structures differ based on the enable_name_match and name_match_cutoffsetting.

Impact

  • Improved accuracy and exception handling for identity mismatches.
  • More reliable verification through mandatory document confirmation.
