Flow Release notes | Version 3.2.1

Summary: Decentro has shipped improvements in ENACH APIs and UPI APIs. Please see below for updates

UPI

  1. Improved Desktop support for our Payment Links
  • When users open our short links generated via the Payment Link API on a desktop device, they will now see a Dynamic QR Code. This allows for easier access and payment processing, enhancing the overall functionality of our payment links.
  • The addition of a QR code simplifies the payment process, making it more intuitive for users accessing links from their desktops. Users can quickly scan the QR code with their mobile devices and make the payment.

  1. Support for previous transactions in settlement cycles
  • From now on, when the settlement cycle is executed, Decentro will automatically check for unsettled transactions that are older than the defined settlement cycle dates. This will help clients gain visibility of missed, unknown transactions that are yet to be settled.
  • This change ensures that older unsettled transactions are reviewed during each settlement cycle, enhancing overall transaction management. The default setting for this check will be 7 days.

E-Collect

  1. Support for inter virtual account fund transfer
  • Client can now request our team for transferring funds from one virtual account to another if both the virtual account belongs to the same underlying bank provider.
  • The funds may be transferred between VAs of a master consumer and any consumer or between any VAs belonging to the same consumer.

  1. Change in Mandate Registration API Parameter
  • The parameter bank_id has been replaced with bank_code in the Mandate Registration API. This update ensures consistency across the Decfin stack and aligns with the Supported Banks & Mode API, which also uses bank_code. This change standardizes the API parameters for easier integration and usage.
  1. TreDs Category Code Limit
  • A new upper limit has been implemented for the Category Code TreDs, with a maximum mandate amount of ₹3 Cr. For all other category codes, the upper limit remains ₹1 Cr. Please ensure that these limits are adhered to when submitting mandates.
  1. Updated Response Key for Mandate Presentation API
  • When a presentation request is successfully initiated, the response key propagated in the Mandate Presentation API will now be success_mandate_execution_initiated instead of success_mandate_execution.
  1. API Parameter Update – Transaction Status Description
  • In the Mandate Registration and Presentation GTS APIs, the field message inside the data block has been renamed to transaction_status_description. This change enhances transparency by offering a more detailed description of the transaction status.
