CKYC Upload: Deceased Customer Flagging Functionality
As per CKYCRR advisory, Reporting Entities can now flag KYC records as Deceased using the CKYC Upload workflow. Records marked this way are searchable (prefixed with 'X') but restricted from downloads.
Actions Required: Clients must pull application image 3.0.1.7.1 and update their request payloads to include the optional deceased object, including date and remarks. Refer to the API documentation here .
