Split Settlements

Split settlement is a capability where a platform collects funds from a consumer/vendor/partner and splits them into one or multiple beneficiaries. This is a standard capability that is helpful in use cases.

• Marketplaces: this capability can be used to settle funds into the platform's account and its seller's/vendor's account when a consumer pays.
• Fintechs: this capability can be used to settle funds into the platform's account and its partner's account when paid by a consumer like subscription, online sales, etc.
• Aggregators: this capability can be used by aggregators to take a certain cut of the payments processed and settle the rest of the merchant's bank account.

Split settlements can be enabled using Decntro's Initiate Payout API by adding multiple beneficiaries using the Manage Beneficiaries.

Decentro is releasing an upgraded version of split settlements where all the settlement logic will be managed at our end!

Alternatively, platforms can use Decentro's dashboard to add beneficiaries and initiate payout to beneficiaries as well.
