Overview

Decentro's Offline Static QR payment solution enables businesses to collect payments from their customers in seconds via the simple UPI Scan & Pay method.

Decentro takes care of the reconcilliation and settlements of the payments collected through Offline static QR and initiates the merchant settlement in T+1 days.

Go-Live Checklist

  • Sign-up to Decentro platform and Merchant Dashboard to get started or email us to [email protected] and we will reach out to you within 24 hours.
  • Submit your KYC documents and complete the merchant onboarding process.
  • Sign-up and get access to Decentro merchant dashboard.
  • After the onboarding process is completed, Decentro will issue a newly created VPA (UPI Id) and a static QR code standee to the merchant.
  • Merchants can place the QR code standee on their store counter and start accepting payments.
  • Our callback can be used to propagate the payment information to the merchant via a soundbox, mobile app or any other interface.
  • Alternatively, if the merchants doesn't want to integrate with the callback, they can log-in to Decentro dashboard and monitor the payments.

Integration Guide

  • The platform powering the merchant (resellers) will be required to integrate with Decentro's Transaction Status Callback to get server alerts every time a new payment is recieved on their VPA/QR.
  • To request a Refund against a transaction, merchants can integrate with Issue Refund API or can directly initiate the refund from the Decentro Merchant Dashboard.
  • For those transaction that could not be processed due to technical reasons and are sitting in the HOLD status, the merchants can integrate with Release/Capture API to either accept the payment through CAPTURE action or reject the payment through RELEASE action.
